Great value for money! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room was large and clean, and we enjoyed the amenities offered. the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions. We also loved the fact that there was a pool available for guests to use.

The only drawback we encountered was that the room we initially booked had no windows, which made it quite moldy. However, when we requested a different room, the staff was very helpful and accommodated us promptly.

izamal plaza was even better than my last stay in izamal. the hotel's classic colonial feel and spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise. the staff made us feel like part of their family and the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing. great location for exploring izamal!

Our room faced a noisy street, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The lack of soundproofing meant that we could hear cars, motorbikes, and other street noises throughout the night.
